Yesterday we sold our 27-year-old 98 Yamaha Chappy for pretty close to what we paid 4 years ago since they are so very reliable and hard to find. Soon we will be looking to buy another electric moped. Cristina says the new version has signal lights.
We also will be looking to buy a reliable TV again since that silly Hyundai we had is unrepairable.
Today, finally,... after my plan expired, I got a call from Fongo and they finally allowed me to pay by phone to renew the plan as I have been requesting for 10 days! Sheesh!!! So, I am again accessible, as long as I am in wi-fi range, at 1-587-883-6810....
Then I had fun with my CCleaner program that I use to clear the computer junk every time I shut down. They have a new version 7 that I absolutely hated for being overly complicated and glitchy. I got instructions and permission to go back to the old version 6 and ignore any updates... The old one works great.
The fiber optic internet is working fine and the wi-fi is quite adequate.
So, I am relatively well set up again other than setting up the IPTV once we decide on a new television....
We took a walk to the new local vet that Cristina likes, apparently very knowledgeable and good. We brought Turi to find out how to get her to stop knawing on her left front leg. Now we have medicines and a collar for her.
And we also brought Princesa for a review of her eye problem, so we have more medicine to be applied every 6 hours for 10 days... Then we realized how bad the teeth on both dogs was as well.... one abcessed.... darn.... Again, more instructions..
As we left there we saw Cristina's niece going by on her motorbike.
It is threatening rain again, and I hope it pours!! It is just a little too warm today...
And I have reacquainted myself with all the critters now, except the orange cat who hides most of the time.
