Another 2 of Louise's books that we ordered were delivered today and Louise was quick to pick them up. Only 1 more to come.
The weather was supposed to be relatively nice today, 18C, so I decided I should take advantage and get out on the Gio.
I needed to pick up a bottle of wine for tomorrow, so instead of shopping close to here, I crossed the High Level Bridge to the Whyte Avenue area to explore a bit. It was still cool when I left after 1pm and the brisk south wind at 18kph made it a lot cooler. I was glad that I had dressed for the eventuality.
Whyte Avenue was surprisingly quite quiet, so I explored the Bulk Barn, trying to find seasoned salted sunflower seeds, but they disappointingly only had spitz for the birds....
I gave the Nikon a little workout and I am quite pleased with the photos from today. I hope you are too.
I am hungry, so I am going to make a large salad, 2 days in a row, because I am invited out for Easter supper tomorrow...
That was the day’s excitement.
