Last night I got everything ready for Aram and Liliana to watch a movie at 8pm (the time set by them) and then they didn't show, didn't call, nothing.... I was just a little miffed.
This morning Cristina left to gallivant with Ana again, all day.
I sent a Aram a note asking "What happened?" He responded by saying that Liliana's physio, which was supposed to be 3 hours, lasted until 10:30. Obviously, they will not be invited here again anytime soon.
David and Irma came over at 2pm and we watched a favourite, "Seabiscuit". Beer, clamato juice, popcorn and peanuts, so a good time was had by all.
While watching I got a very pleasant WhatsApp message from the RCMP liaison for South America. He is going to help get the ball rolling to nail a creep in Vancouver that is selling visas to terrorists, of which I was given some proof in Arabic from Aram. It would please us both so much to see this traitor hung out to dry. It has only taken 2 months to get action from here but I like my communications with this fellow, straightforward, with no BS. I am smiling very broadly right now at this propect.
So, today is not only Friday the 13th, but it also will have a full harvest moon at 11:35pm (depending on which site you ask). I am not particularly superstitious but I was quite happy to stay home, safe and sound today.
A neighbour says the full moon won't rise for another 1/2 hour so it could be a while before I could get a decent shot so I am not waiting. I am just too happy to send out this good information.
