Thursday, I added a couple of my photos to the Smart Photo Editor page on Facebook because I am an Administrator and the site is too quiet, and most other submissions do not really show off the amazing power of the program....

And I broke down and ordered more stuff off Temu, some of it to end up in Colombia.

And the Blue Jays won, to tie their series at 2-2 with the Mariners.

Friday, I picked up Bob with the Regal and took him to the place at the old General Hospital where they lend health equipment to people in need.  They are lending him a walker until his new one is ready.  His old walker is failing and the brakes don't work...

Then Brenda was looking for help to unload her boyfriend's motorcycle at a storage locker arranged by Lorraine.  I volunteered, grabbed my back brace, and off we went.  Halfway there, he called her to say some other people helped him, so we were not needed.

Then she wanted to stop at the Central Bottle Depot.  I got out of the SUV because I had to check if Marianne's kids still work there for her ex who owned the place..  And Brenda was one of Marianne's good friends too...  Sure enough, Marianne's son Scott was working and we renewed acquaintances after 23+ years.  He confirmed that all the family is doing well, except his Dad who now has cancer.  All 3 kids work there.

The Blue Jays had game 5 almost in the bag, 2-1 in the 8th inning when I could not believe that the Manager actually put in our absolute worst pitcher, Brendon Little, and he naturally caused a debacle where the Mariners got 5 more runs...  Absolutely digusting!!!  And all the media sure chimed in on that crazy bonehead move as well....  Idiot Manager John Schneider and his idiot sidekick helper Pete Walker seem to be wanting us to lose.....   Grrrrrrrr

Today, I got another bee in my bonnet and went online to find sound equipment at BestBuy.  I have good music saved, but no way to play it half decently except on my computer...  So first I ordered a patch cord from an RCA plug to split phono plugs.  This way I can connect my laptop or radio to my big old console stereo and get awesome sound...

Then I ordered small satellite speakers for the laptop which will go to Colombia with me.  I have over 800 oldies saved that I can play all day long now...

While at the store I found a 12 space surge protector to replace the 6 place one I have running my TV and electronics in that corner.  I have no shortage of plug-ins.

And, everything works!!!  And the sound is great, so now I have another source of good music sound when TV is crappy.

So, sports are again the prime source of entertainment, with baseball, soccer, football, hockey, Formula 1, MotoGP, UFC and curling at the forefront...  I almost purchased a ticket to go watch curling semi-finals tonight in Nisku, but then I figured they would ban my camera and I certainly would not get the views and play-by-play that I get on my TV in the comfort of my living room....   I won't talk about the Oilers until they remember how to play hockey again... they are atrocious right now....

I ordered the XL Meat-Lover's Plus from Grandma Pizza too.   Life is good...

I hope you enjoy the pictures.  That was the day’s excitement.
