Wednesday, I passed the balance of my Elks season tickets to my seatmate at the games, Lorraine.  Later, she came by and offered to take me to an Oil Kings hockey game, where she has season tickets as well...

I slept 12 hours so I was pretty refreshed on Thursday and spent most of the day working on photos again.

Today, Lorraine came by again to discuss which Oil kings game we should go to...  It was obvious that she likes games against Calgary so we decided on that game Oct 26.

I showed her my place and she loved my horse pictures, dog pictures, etc.  Then I game her my Edmonton Elks shirt to pass along to whomever she though might appreciate it..

I had received notice today to expect a Temu delivery of Louise's Bambi t-shirts she was buying for her sisters.  I called her to say I was going out to take some Fall photos before it was too late but that I would have my phone with me the whole time, and I would call her if it showed up...

I went out for about 90 minutes in the lovely fall weather and was so glad that I did not sit at home waiting for a delivery that may not come..  Plus, the leaves are falling rapidly in the breeze so the trees could be bare anytime soon.  I cruised across the High Level Bridge to get shots of downtown and the river valley in glorious autumn colours.  Then I returned via the Legislature grounds.

I took a lot of time with these, working from the RAW NEF files, changing them to DNG files, processing those in Topaz AI to PNG files, and finishing those off in PhotoShop.  I am astounded at the size of the resulting files... all around 125 MB EACH!  I hope you like the results below.

I returned home and was working on the pics when I got a knock at the door.  A lady from the building was letting me know that a package had been dumped at the front door with my name and suite number...  Grrr...  I ran down and there were actually 2 packages, one for someone else on the 4th floor, so I grabbed both, delivered the package to the other person's door (not home) and delivered my package to Louise who was very thankful.

I hope you enjoy the pictures.  That was the day’s excitement.
