Today, instead of staring at the ceiling, I decided to tackle the trip photos from the accident day of November 30. I am actually able to sit at my computer for short periods, and the fat mouse is allowing me to work very slowly.
My buddy Gustavo had promised to show me the lovely Soldados backroad to Machala, so off we had gone. It was not the greatest day for photography but the dramatic skies made up for the dreariness and cold.
As we reached the mountain lakes about 12,000 feet up, the cold wind was blowing and my hands were cold and numb (and have been cold and numb since that fateful trip).
I see these photos myself and I already want to do this trip again. Hopefully the physio this week will give me back the strength soon. I LOVE my new Buzzer and can't wait to get back riding.
I honestly don't know how much Blogging that I will be able to accomplish over the next while, but please keep checking in. I haven't even tried to hold the camera for fear of dropping it.
