I was blessed to be invited out to lunch by the terrific trio that runs
Hearts Of Gold. We hadn’t seen each
other in a while and it was good to get caught up on all the news, mostly good….
Trying to find a restaurant open on a Monday is always tricky and the
first two we tried were closed, so we ended up downtown at El Carbon, where the
food is usually very good and reasonably priced.
Being out with an intelligent woman is always a treat, so to be
surrounded by three brainy and witty women is a true delight. We’ll have to get our little Trivia group
going again and stomp on a few egos at Roux, lol…
Anyway, if you are in the Cuenca
