This evening was my first brave attempt at taking dance lessons in many, many years. I didn't quite freeze up like I usually do, but it was still an ordeal. We were learning some basic foxtrot steps which is somewhat like a backward two-step but one of the steps doesn't flow well for me yet, I find it real awkward.
The Cuenca Dance Club, run by David Naccari, has lessons Thursdays from 7-8pm at the Eucalyptus Cafe upstairs. Then there is an open dance from 8-10pm downstairs. Good people, good music, and good beer = a good time.
NOTE that you may click on any photo for an ENLARGED VIEW.
Hope you enjoy the photos. That was the day's excitement, Cheers, Al
