I am helping some friends to rent their lovely apartment:

A bright, clean
and spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom unfurnished apartment with separate maid’s
quarters is available immediately.
The suite is approximately 1700 sq ft in
a 4 year-old, 5 suite building. It is located in a quiet area about 3 blocks
south of Parque Paraiso and is close to bus service. Owners have now installed a
fridge, stove and clothes washing machine.
A wet bar greets
you at the entrance. With a large kitchen, large dining room and living room,
you can easily entertain all of your friends. The kitchen also has a breakfast
island. A lovely office area with bookshelves will be great for working at
home.
The apartment
has its own covered terrace and washing area (lavanderia). The maid's quarters
