So, I survived taking photos of a spirited wedding Saturday, at the small church where everyone was sandwiched in and the preacher was an unabashed chauvinist pig, using the bible to punch home for a good hour that the husband is the Boss! Sheesh..!!!
I was doing this as another favor to our building secretary downstairs. It helps to have such a person in your corner.
We were supposed to take photos inside a hotel after church, but the ceremony dragged on way too long so we arrived too late, and everybody was stuck in the parking lot.. I will have to try something else on those pictures to change the crappy background (tomorrow). Surprisingly the rain quit after the ceremony and we were OK until almost midnight before it began again.
The party at the hall was delayed almost 2 hours until the happy couple arrived. Then we hurried up to eat while the food still had a semblance of warmth.
Then, African-style music was the menu for the rest of the evening and everyone appeared to be having a good time. I was drinking juice...
Last night I started on a few choice photos because the couple told me they wished they could honeymoon in Paris, so I did a few background changes for a laugh.
Today, after getting up early for chores, I dug into 310 photos, keeping 235. I did all the processing first in PhotoShop on the laptop for 10 hours straight.
While that was happening, I called my buddy KJ for his 88th Birthday and watched Canada score a late goal to advance in the World Cup!! Bravo Canada!!!
I also received 2 packages from Amazon. Gotta love their service...
So I will have another long day tomorrow working on photos once more on the PC to use my new AI program to change backgrounds.
I am so tired right now...
