Jeepers, Ol' Man Winter just won't let Springtime take a firm hold of the weather! No snow again, but just unseasonable cool and rainy days.
Tuesday I paid off the credit card, then turned around and ordered more "stuff" from Amazon, mostly at the request of my lovely wife for certain ball caps saying "Canada".... What can I say, she loves Canada gear....
Wednesday and Thursday I whiled away the days working on photos until I updated my Smart Photo Editor which lost me a day because they need to reactivate my "token".
Thursday, I cut all my hair for summer, if it ever gets here....
Then I decided I had better activate the Regal that has been sitting for at least a month... I drove to where the gas is cheapest normally and was rewarded with $1.41.9/Litre.... Still expensive....
Then I decided to take it to Hughes and vacuum and wash and wax my beautiful car that still purrs like a kitten!!
And, on the way by, I bought more "stuff" at Dollarama too..!!
And, because The Common, a block away, has a $12.99 special on Fish'n'Chips, I went back there and had another great meal....
Today, the Library had both Kathy Reichs books I had ordered, so I dressed warmly, jumped on the Gio and returned one book in the process. It was very difficult not reading for 2 days, but then we have the Stanley Cup playoffs, the World Cup of soccer, and umpteen movies saved for such eventualities....
I got roped into agreeing to take wedding photos at the end of the month... Sheesh, I haven't done a wedding in many years, and tried to beg off, BUT.... It is for the secretary in the office who does favors for me because I have already done 3 photo sessions on her behalf. And, she claims that her nephew just wants better pictures than taken with a cel phone... I hope that I can do that... cel phones are pretty darn good.... so you know I will spend many hours to get good results....
And another lady in the building just stopped by to get a photo enhanced for enlargement of her nephew... It took some finagling on my laptop in PhotoShop, then in Artspace.ai to get a superb finished product.. I know she will be pleased. I had done the same a few months back for a photo of her sister..
This Googler Blogger program is getting very frustrating with its silly glitches now...
