On Monday, I saw a sponsored ad on Facebook that I did not automatically "X" and delete because it intrigued me.
I took a chance and ordered the fancy A.I. program from Artspace.ai to hopefully learn how to enhance my photography further, to make it more versatile, cleaner and sharper.
I grabbed a photo of me that friend Tracey had taken the day before and used the simple "change background" option. As you can see below, I could instantly place myself almost anywhere in the world!! The intuitiveness of the program is as amazing as it is frightening!
Personally, I find A.I. completely scary in today's world of misinformation, espionage and world politics. The misuse is already rampant and a good majority of news stories and ads on social media are completely faked... That is one reason that I "X" out every sponsored ad normally.....
There is a fancier section to this A.I. app that will allow me to do much, much more, and it takes a while to get a handle on the processes and capabilities. Hopefully I will master it on a day when I am fully awake.
Tuesday, I watched Canada's win over Czechia to stay unbeaten at the IIHF World Championships.
Then I slipped out for groceries, knowing Tuesday's are $1.49 day at Save-On and got my necessities and veggies. Prices are so darn scary now, seeing prices of $75 a kg on meat makes me shake my head... I did, however find a few packages of meat around $15 a kg to bring home and actually made myself a steak supper!
I am well into the 4 Library books of Kathy Reichs' "Temperance Brennan" series and have asked for a hold at the Library for 6 more, starting with the beginning of the series.... I love the way she writes.
It is starting to warm up,.... and running the distiller and the vaporizer can now be curtailed. The humidity from outside seems to be adequate.
Today, we had our annual Admin-Tenant meeting in the common room downstairs. The subject matter was disappointing overall, with discussions about outside smoking and laundry room usage complaints taking the most time. The questions I wanted to raise were not on the agenda so I will ask them another day without the audience.
Then I went and plugged in the Gio to recharge, and took a few photos of our nice new flowers out front. Spring is finally here.
Cutting up my cabbages and having an early supper came next. Now, to relax and watch more Stanley Cup action....
