My arms have been causing me so much pain that I have resorted to painkillers, although right now I am making my TENS machine do reflexolgy accupunture just below my knees to alleviate the pain, and it does work!!!

I ate too much yesterday and gained a whole pound so I am on the warpath about that again.  There is no way that I want to get back to the heavyweight stage, but rather the other direction.  I have a target and I am determined to get there, even if it takes a while.  No crazy dieting that is unhealthy and unsustainable.

I slept really good and late, then cut up my cabbages so I can enjoy my salad as I type this.  I never tire of my delicious salads...

Bob is having problems with his legs and feet yet so he did not accompany me to my Whyte Avenue Photos gig today.

Most of the outdoor patios were busy on Whyte Avenue in the mostly cloudy 17C temperatures, and Leo and Braden were also playing on the Commercial Hotel's patio, which we do enjoy much better.  The motorbikes were out in force as were the dog walkers.  All in all, a nice day.

Mid-week is supposed to cool off but the forecast for rain or snow has lifted...

I have gone back to using my old Nikon D5600 just because it is lighter to carry and, lo and behold, it is performing better than ever!  That certainly makes me happy!

I hope you enjoy the pictures.  That was the day’s excitement.
